        These guys were great. After being told by another rental car company that they had a car for me and then called at the time we were to be picked up that they didi not have a car for me these guys found car and waited for me. I was stranded after my car broke down and had to be towed. I will definitely use budget for ALL my car rental needs. They also had a lower price for the same car

        Worst experience! Would not recommend. I had no problem with the staff, just the manager. Tried to rent an SUV was given a "comparable" vehicle, that they wanted off the lot... a jeep gladiator 4x4 Truck! Not what I reserved, or asked for. Did not rent vehicle. Was told I would be refunded... unknown yet if that's true. I would rather have a rectal check with a hot poker that frequent this business again.

        Car delivered was smaller than car reserved. Too small for 4 people. Car was dirty in and out. Company did reimburse me for gasoline purchased and left in tank that exceeded gasoline in tank when picked up, which was a nice surprise. Counter people apologetic for not having correct vehicle reserved.
