        The technician was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was careful about moving equipment and not tracking debris into the house. He took the time to explain everything and answer questions, and also gave me tips and options for spot removal. What also was very important to me - he didn't try to sell any products or more service, just gave good advice and let me decide what I wanted with no pressure.

        Rude tech and very poor performance. Looked like the carpet wasn't even cleaned. He just left a bottle of spot remover. I should have had my friend stay and watch him but he left so the tech probably didn't even do anything!!!! The carpet still smelled dirty and it wasn't even wet!!!
