        The lobby is exceptionally dirty. Floors look like they havent been cleaned in days, and they are slowly eliminating all furniture to sit and enjoy coffee.

        Just had my worst experience at a Starbucks that I could imagine. The worker is yelling at me through the drive thru window saying, What now?! Because they made my drink wrong both times. I stated I wanted it iced, & the girl taking my order said she would let her girl know. It came out hot. They remade it & did not put oat milk, which I need btw due to health issues. The worker starts yelling through the window that I did not order oat milk when in fact I did, because the woman taking my order clarified and said, You said oat milk right, not 2% and I made sure it was on the screen. I dont understand why I was being treated so poorly but thank you to Beth who stepped in and rectified the situation because I broke down in tears just trying to get my morning coffee. Will not return to this location. I come here often & Ive never experienced this.
