I'm a non profit that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have used Apex hood cleaning 3 times. Every time I used them the quality of work has dropped. The first time they didn't clean flue. Second time they didn't clean the flue. Third and last time the tech was on my roof for 3 hours. Doing what I dont know. When he left he didn't bring the sticker to show it was clean to the fire department. And on top of that he must have used the dirtiest rag he could find to wipe down the stainless.
Emailed Apex with pictures ect. They did absolutely nothing to fix their mistakes. WILL NOT HIRE AGAIN.

Good experience with cleaning. I also figured out that I don't need a specialist to clean the hood for my kitchen and they are more appropriate for commercial kitchen cleaning.
