This company has been in our development twice now, having sealed cracks a year ago with great success. They just completed a full seal coat of our two roads. It was a big 4 day job, including more filling of cracks before they laid down the seal coat. Again they did an excellent job for our HOA (19 homes). Thank you for doing such a good job! When future services are needed, we know we can trust them to do it all again and do it right.

Affordable asphalt coating doesn't necessarily mean quality. The crew seemed to do a good enough job,but it didn't fill in alot of areas where I could still see bare asphalt below. They left me some material to go over and fill in, which I did a couple of times to get spots that were missed. Not sure if I'm paying this amount that I should have to do some of the work myself. After a day or two, there are alot of brown streaks in the coating which is not very attractive. Crew was nice and came back a couple days later to check on this job and did go over area to fill in voids, but still alot of brown streaks.

Affordable Asphalt did a much better job of applying the coating than I could of as a diy project. They were on time, communicated well with us regarding prep needed, time of arrival, and very quick in doing the work. The team worked fast and didn't miss a beat. You could tell they had done this many times and were very experienced. There was no excessive sloppiness, no foot prints from sealer, and cleanup was absolutely terrific. I had a white garage door, cedar fences, and concrete flatwork along the perimeter of the job just inches away and they did not allow any sealer to stray onto any of the surrounding surfaces...very neat and professional. I would hire them again as my first choice. Very happy with the interactions and their workmanship.
