Dr. Smith is the best!! Hes very gentle and makes sure you are comfortable during your procedure. Glenna did a great job with my cleaning. Also very caring!

Woodland trails sent my dental records to another dentist's office without permission?? Who does this?? ... pretty shady if you ask me. Guess Im going to the new office because they were friendly when called me to ask about why they have my charts sent..

Editing my review: Ive been a patient there for ~7 years, moved away for a couple years and just moved back. I was trying to get this prescription sensitivity toothpaste Ive been getting for 5+ years and the front desk and dental hygienist acted like I was making up a toothpaste lol. Like why would I make up this toothpaste Im so confused. Its the sensitive one with 5% potassium nitrate and they kept saying theyve never seen it before which is fine youve never seen it and dont have it, but they tried to convince me the one without potassium is the same- and it simply is not. Anyways, that was annoying, but my insurance changed as well as much of the staff so I wont be going back .

A little bit of my background: I brush my teeth every day, use dental floss, mouth wash and go to the dentist every 6 month. With the exception of when I moved to Washington state took me 1 year to find a dentist. Dr Hayes did the gum test, and she pushed so hard that I was in pain. She had to numb me. It got even worse when I asked her how possible my gum got worse in 8 months, and she said poor oral hygiene, and I told her that my habits haven't changed for the last 10 years. I finished crying She was rude and unprofessional, and she left without giving me another answer. My appointment was at 9 am and it is 330 pm and I'm still in pain. Update 48 hours later I'm still in pain

The hygienist and dentist were kind, but the woman at the front desk misgendered my wife multiple times despite correction from another employee. Directly after that, she went on a rant to me about nonbinary people and they/them pronouns - I'm unsure why she thought I was an appropriate person to tell this to. We will be seeking care elsewhere moving forward.
