        I like this one because there's less crazy in comparison to Tacoma and South Hill. The selection is decent and there's always parking. Only three stars because there is usually only one register open in home furnishings, and there is always a line.

        Love pennies. Has and always will be one of my favorite places to shop. There's always some sort of sale for at least 15 to 20 % off your item. Quality is good. All that jazz. This penny's even has a pic studio and hair salon so that along with having a jewelry and makeup department, yeah JCP is still doing that!
