I highly recommend this office for any of your dental needs! I was having tooth pain and they squeezed me in the same day. Victoria at the front desk is so nice and the environment is very welcoming and clean. Thank you Dr. Hancock and staff! I appreciate you all!

I had my top teeth and 5 bottoms extracted yesterday. They weren't savable due to bad maintenance(pain and childhood ptsd) and a pregnancy with a round of H.G. Dr Hancock's team was AMAZING!!!!!!! They took my extremely anxiety filled self and talked me through everything multuple times. Came in day of surgery got my sedation meds and had to have a little extra numbing one sensitive tooth, but that tooth was a problem causer from the beginning. They got my cleaning out of the way first and a filling that were initially going to be a whole 2nd appointment. Then they got to work on the teeth. I couldn't have had this procedure go more smoothly even if I'd have been completely unconcious, and I believe it's due to Dr. Hancock and his teams knowledge and experience!

The guy who does the denture in this office, was a joke. I am on state medical, like so many other people and unfortunately, there are only a few places that accept state insurance for dentures. This is one of them. It's been over a year since I went to him for my denture and now that I've been educated on what a denture should look and feel like, I feel comfortable warning others to NOT go here for denture work. I went back and forth for MONTHS and my denture was NEVER done. When he finally convinced me to take the denture and "try to get used to it", I was so uneducated and ashamed. He never once made me feel confident and often times made rude or inappropriate remarks to me about needing a denture amd would say things like "I bet nobody has ever complained or said you have a big mouth!" And " your mouth is too small for a denture to fit correctly." Which, by the way, is not true. I left one day with this denture that had little yellow nubs as teeth that didnt even come out of the gums. I left in tears. I did end up making a complaint to medical and they refunded the state and I gave that "denture" back. I just hope my story, helps others be and feel more confident in knowing that if you dont like it and aren't happy with what he makes for you, IT'S OKAY to say something. State medical does NOT mean you have to settle for a low quality denture.
