I was there today and the young lady helped me with my problem. She came out looked at my car and knew exactly what screws. I needed to fix the problem they always go out of their way to be helpful

Dealt with Hugh Jardon at the Olympia store and was very helpfull and will go back again. I've always received great service there except from one person some time ago and he is no longer a part of TSP.

ALL FRONT DESK WORKERS GET OFF ON TRYING TO MAKE YOU FEEL STUPID. This is multiple visits this same way. I get a totally different response when I come in wearing my work uniform with an invoice rather than when I walk in on day off in shorts. Bald guy with beard asked what I was looking for. I said 2 3 inch bolts with matching lock nuts and washers. Dude cut me off every word nearly to ask what I just said multiple times. I was saying lock n... Cuts me off "lock nuts , washers!?" In an annoyed tone like I have no idea what I'm talking about. I was trying to ask to get thicker bolts than the ones I was holding but cut me off to go grab the smallest washers possible for the bolts after I also just asked for some GOOD SIZE WASHERS CAUSE IM DRILLING A NEW HOLE. gave up at this point guy obviously doesn't wanna deal with me. My advice don't come late in the afternoon. I get it I'm a young guy but that was just unprofessional to seem so annoyed with someone buying something small..... But he talked to the old timer in front of me for 10 min about his truck while I was just standing there. Sorry my truck box broke, needed to replace some bolts.. guess I'll scavenge through home Depot next time
