Very cute shop, but the staff is not very friendly. After spending years in the customer service business, I don't understand why it is so difficult to greet someone when they come through the door. It's the easiest thing to do and makes the customer feel welcome. I've given them several tries, and every single time I have been completely ignored. My 80-year-old father came with me one day and when we left, he actually mentioned how unfriendly the staff was. It's a very small space and we were the only customers there and not one word was exchanged between us and the person behind the counter.
It's really too bad because I would like to give them my business, but not when I feel as though they don't want it.
