I recently lost my mother. It was unexpected, and we were unprepared. The amount of empathy Diane showed me will never go unnoticed. Not only did she work with me regarding the cost to cremate mom, but she also ordered the death certificates for me. Both gestures took little on her part but was a huge relief for me. Diane has since become a friend of mine. If you want, you and your loved ones to be treated like family; she is your go to. Thank you again Diane!

diane accord is one of the most compassionate, caring and patient funeral director ive ever spoke to. she treated my grandmother with so much love and respect and she always went above on beyond for our family. i appreciate diane so much especially for picking up my phone calls at whatever time of day. i adore her and i would recommend her to to everyone going through grief.

I had a very unique situation with my mom and ecare were my first call and I was hooked. I loved the chance to work with the beautiful souls that assisted me. No doubt in my mind it was a divine purpose. Everything was handle so professionally and with the upmost respect and kindness! I love this place and highly recommended them

I was so fortunate my loved one passed away in Lewis County! That coroner gave me eCares number and it became my lifeline to handling every phase of this ordeal! Diane Accord is the most caring, compassionate, honest professional funeral director that you could hope to encounter! She informed me of every detail and all the circumstances that I would need to deal with! Such a big help with my local funeral homes incompetence. Diane kept me aware and informed and HELPED me throughout AND did so at a lower cost! She is an experienced director and I thankfully, finally, have the 5 month ordeal behind me! I have recommended her business to another family member and they too were very impressed and grateful for her services. Id rate it a ten if I could! She cares and it shows!
