A branch fell on our truck and severely cracked the windshield during a storm, which ofcourse is stressful but then I visited here and the lady in the office handled everything for me from handling and entering my insurance claim to scheduling my mobile service, tech came out replaced my windshield, he was professional, explained everything done and answered all questions. Clean service. Scheduled appintment was within 48 hours which could've been sooner, but I wasnt available sooner ut When scehlduling it was all based on windshield availability. Both individuals were extremely helpful. Easiest window service and stress-free. I recommend them and will return if ever needed.

My car was in and out with a new windshield within a hour! They send update texts often and the lady in the office was both professional and efficient.

Updated: my second visit was a lot smoother, everyone was done efficiently. I have had my new windshield for a few day, I hope it holds without cracks. Not sure what to do: we made an appointment for today, all info for the windshield was given and it was supposed to be ordered and ready to be installed. We took time off work to bring the vehicle in. 20 minutes after arrival we find out they ordered the wrong windshield. Ok, not ideal, a lot of wasted time and re-scheduled for later. I started driving back, the vehicle started loud beeping - come to find out they never closed the hood! This lack of attention to details makes me nervous to even deal with this shop. Had an absolutely great experience from start to finish, quick and easy. Cant say enough about how great the customer service is. They are an awesome team all around. Highly, highly recommend!
