This company literally ruined our tongue and groove soffits by bleaching them. We said we wanted the mildew scrubbed off and they bleached our 4 year old woodwork stripping all the stain off and drying out the wood. We are trying to have it restored, but our paint company said it will never be the same. We specifically stated that we didnt want anything that would strip the stain. However, after the damage was done they said we never told them not to use bleach as if I have to list every chemical that can damage wood. You think a company that washes homes as their primary business would know that this is a bad idea on a brand new home, but they did it anyway and tried to blame us afterward. They are the experts and they should know better. The repairs are in excess of $5,000 and now they wont even respond to us to fix, so we are heading to court. They also sprayed our door handles and electronic locks and all the varnish came off, they look terrible now. Multiple plants are dead as well. Be careful before you book the Bleach Boys to come spray chemical all over your house!
