We've been with Candice Adams at Farmer's Insurance for several years now and the service has been both exceptional and amazing! She's had our best interest at heart from day one and we are thankful to have her as our agent.When our daughter went off to WWU for college, Candice recommended renter's insurance.  Thankfully, we took her advice because while our daughter was home for the Christmas holiday, her rental home was ransacked and every single item of value was taken.  Our daughter was the only girl (out of 5 living in the house) with  renter's insurance and we were so grateful! From large electronics to inexpensive jewelry, all her belongings were covered and replaced.  Knowing Candice had our backs and had us covered was such a relief. My husband was also in a car accident and Candice not only made sure the necessary repairs were made to our car, but called personally to make sure he was alright as well.  She's sincere in her desire to help, and I've been grateful for her kindness and service.

I cannot say enough good things about Candice and her team. From the very beginning I felt like family. My Dad recommended her to me because I had moved back to the area from CA. I needed car insurance and to get my home insurance started for my new home. My Dad connected me with Candice and we talked like friends would. She was able to get me all set up over the phone and I was able to sign documents online and she mailed me ones to sign with a readdressed envelope to send it back. So efficient. Recently I just had an issue and had to close my checking account. I went online to try and change the account where my monthly payment was being debited and I thought I had done it correctly. Candice reached out to me mentioning my payment was showing late and that the account on file was closed. I quickly responded saying that I had changed the account but that it must not have worked. I gave her all my new account info and helped me get it set up. Today I received a letter from Farmers that I had a return check fee of $25 for messing up. I emailed Candice to see if that might be waived because I didn't intentionally mean for my account to be wrong. She responded quickly saying she had already contacted them and had it waived. I am just beyond happy with Candice. She treats me like family and takes care of me. I have never received such personal customer service.
