Bill is the absolute best! He is always prompt in getting back to me on pricing or questions, and is such a friendly person to be able to work with. Farmers isn't always the cheapest option, but paying a little more for Bill's exceptional service is absolutely worth it. Best of all, he has options to cover both our personal and business needs in one place, which makes things super easy and gives us some extra savings. Highly recommend!

Bill has been an extremely helpful asset in selecting appropriate coverages for all my insurance needs while being supportive and thoughtful on a personal level. I access a few vehicles in storage and text him when they are used as well as have him help me in a few recent airborne object incidents to a car. I feel very lucky to have made a switch to Bill and appreciate his attention to me personally. Not everyone is as focused on customer service in the business landscape today and Im fortunate to have Bill as my agent. Farmers is lucky to have him.
