        I have had a CPAP machine for a little over a year now and due to COVID and materials shortages, I ended up with a unit that does not communicate over the air for supply updates. Instead, it relies on a small SD card and Lincare constantly calls every month about supply orders and tells me I have to go in to their office which is a 30 minute drive. I ask to have them send me a card and I will return mail mine and it never happens. This process has repeated itself and if you try and call in, nobody will answer and you can expect to be on hold forever. They have terrible customer support and I would go elsewhere if I could find an alternate durable medical goods supplier.

        No communication with corporate. Told different things by several different employees. Makes it difficult to get or exchange equipment. Sent faulty equipment, called to replace. Been 2 weeks still not here. These folks can't seem to find their *ss with both hands!
