        This great local food truck has quickly grown into becoming one of my favorite places to eat. The beef/lamb shawarma is one of the best single things to eat in Olympia, with tons of flavor and depth, and the seasoned potatoes are delicious. The pita is fluffy and good, and the hummus is excellent, as well. Always get some garlic sauce and hot sauce on side. Small menu but everything is excellent.

      I’m so sorry!! We had some supplier issues this week and won’t be able to open this weekend. Amier was able to find a back up so we’ll be back to normal hours on Wednesday. It was my job to post about the closure, but both our kiddos are sick and I completely forgot. I really apologize for the inconvenience.
