Weve known Bob for over 10 years now and weve loved working with him. He helped us buy our house a decade ago, and a few months ago, he helped us sell it. Weve been impressed with his knowledge, experience and expertise. Hes thorough and on top of everything that needs to happen. Recently he helped us sell one of our rentals, and we really benefitted from his extensive contacts with various high-quality contractors; they got the house into shape for selling quickly and at a very reasonable price. Working with Bob has seriously made our lives so much easier! Highly recommend!!

Bob was referred to me by a colleague and a friend. Seems he does excellent work for several people I know! I called him on recommendation, and he did not disappoint. We closed on 3 duplexes this spring, and he helped me get the price I wanted, and negotiate the work to be performed prior to closing. He also referred an excellent lender who made the process simple. He was there every step of the way, and communicated everything- including the challenging news. Working together, I felt like he always had my best interests at heart. And, he took care of me as if I was a cherished best friend. He was prompt, responsive, empathetic, professional, knowledgeable, and proactive. My particular case, the seller had some challenges with the property and Bob helped me get them solved (big understatement!). I would highly recommend Bob Jorgenson to anyone wanting excellence!
