We moved to WA from out of state and weren't super familiar with the area, Patrick really helped us with knowledge on the area and the schools. He was patient while we looked at tons of houses to narrow down where we wanted to end up. He also just helped us get to know restaurants/hikes/etc. in the area, which really helped us during this in between time. Now we own a beautiful home and we are so happy with our area. Patrick was very patient with us. I'm sure we saw just about every home for sale in the Olympia area by the time we finally purchased. His knowledge of the schools, neighborhoods, and cities was invaluable as well. It was by far the best experience we've had with a realtor.

Buying my home was one of the biggest decisions I have ever had to make so I was nervous but Patrick made it all so easy. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. As a veteran, I was eligible for a VA loan and Patrick helped me find a place with $0 down. I would HAPPILY recommend Patrick to my friends and family, in fact if there was an award for real estate agents Patrick should get it.
