I have participated in several real estate transactions and I know a great real estate agent when I see one. I couldnt speak more highly of Erin Cawley who recently helped me sell a house. She understood the market and used her considerable expertise to help me get the house ready for sale and choose the best offer. She did an outstanding job presenting the house online with great pictures and effective descriptions. Erin is also professional, organized and pleasant to work with. She would be a great agent for those who have bought or sold houses before as well as people experiencing the excitement of buying their first home. Shes five stars--no question!

Erin was absolutely fantastic in every way. When she was highly recommended from three different people in the area, I knew we had to reach out to her, and wow, am I sure glad we did. Erin took the time to really get to know my wife and I, and understand what we were looking for. As this was our first time buying a house, we were certainly nervous about the process and threw hundreds of questions her way. She handled every single one quickly, and with the ease and poise of a truly experienced agent. We never felt like Erin had anything but our best interests in mind, and never did she go for the hard sell. Quite the opposite actually, and a few times she even cautioned us against a particular location. She also took the time to research even the most absurd and minute questions we had about the properties we viewed. Buying a home in this intense market, and in the midst of a raging global pandemic would be enough to scare anyone off buyers, sellers and agents alikebut Erin always maintained her composure and a sense of groundedness that kept us at ease. Touring a house one person at a time wasn't exactly how we imagined picking our home, but Erin managed to make it feel normal. She also worked incredibly hard once we found a home, including reaching out immediately to inspectors and contractors to expedite the process and make our offer that much stronger. She was in constant communication with our lender, and kept us informed every step of the way. I can't imagine that any other agent could work as hard for her clients or make them feel more at ease. I highly recommend Erin Cawley, and I know that we won't use anyone else but her in the future.
