We moved up from California to be near family. We did not have a realtor and when I told our lender, he quickly referred us to Victor. We were not fancy California buyers but we did have our requirements and Victor made it happen. He was always responsive and drove everywhere with us to show us houses. We finally found our house and Victor assisted with the communication with our selling agent in California. We met Victor Mitchell approximately 4-6 months ago. From the first time we talked with him we decided this was an agent we could work with. From the first house viewing, we found him to be knowledgeable, well prepared and had all of the facts and figures related to the listing. Not only was he friendly, but wanted to find out what we wanted in a home. We literally drug him from one corner of Washington state to the other, hitting every nook and cranny in between! Not only was Victor showing homes to people, but he was working to obtain his real estate license, which he recently obtained. We contacted him all hours of the day and night. He was always there to answer any questions we had, and if he didnt know the answer he went directly to his mentor and came back to us with information over and above what we asked. When our home search turned to eastern WA, we were afraid he wouldnt want to travel that far. But, to our surprise he said he wanted to follow our journey, no matter where it lead. We set up the date to travel to eastern WA to look at homes.in Moses Lake, Soap Lake, Grand Coulee and Warden. By the time we went over, 3 out the 5 homes had gone pending or could not be viewed. We looked at the remaining 2 houses, and the last house on the list was it!! It was exactly what we were looking for. We asked Victor to write up the offer. He came over for the inspection, so we wouldnt have to make the trip. Then, in October Victor, my fianc and I came over for the pre closing walk through. On November 1st, I signed the closing paperwork, the seller signed on November 3rd and moving in started! Not only is Victor an excellent agent, he has become a great personal friend and we consider him family!! We would not hesitate giving Victor as our #1 recommendation, his work ethic is stellar, he is compassionate about his work and cares about his clients.

Let me start off with saying, Victor began our relationship with him with such honesty, trust and transparency. We were his first sale (horray us!! ) he made sure he was always communicating. No matter what time of day or day or week he would urgently get what we needed and walked us through this next chapter. Whats amazing is that this social climate amd time in our lives when you need people present they cant be but Victor was no matter what. We gained more only wonderful memories but a trusted friend. I have and will continue to recommend him to my friends and family. I have purchased an home before with a well known really experienced realtor before and that was the most non personal, take a number in line experience compared to this go around Victor, thank you!
