I have had the pleasure of working with Natalie Buckey, of Riley Jackson Real Estate in Olympia, WA, twice now. The first time was finding my home, which was an amazing unicorn property. More recently, she sold that very home for me. From finding potential buyers to helping me negotiate an ideal contract, she was always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. She also profoundly understood the housing market in my area, held an open house the within a few days of listing to get potential buyers in the door right away. My home was viewed multiple times a day and sold within four or five days. Natalie's expertise has always exceeded my expectations. Beyond her expertise and professionalism, Natalie was fun to work with and kind throughout my home selling process. She answered all my questions with in-depth explanations, ensuring I fully understood what I was doing and why it was necessary.

Natalie is truly a 5-star realtor. She took care of us in every way possible way from the very inviting verbiage and photos in the listing, to the multiple open houses and showings. She is also an excellent communicator, keeping in touch with us every step of the way. Natalie was able to get full price for our property in a very difficult market. Words cannot adequately describe her professionalism, knowledge, kindness and thoughtfulness throughout the entire process from our initial contact up to and after closing. I had met Natalie on previous occasions when she sold other homes in the community & was very impressed with her abilities in real estate. Natalie was wonderful in the.process of selling my home. She was professional & courteous at all times, but also very down to earth & friendly. Plus she was very patient with me when I was stressing out over my x-country move, preparing for the movers as well as getting the house ready to sell. She coordinated the cleaning, staging, photos with ease. I really appreciate all her time & effort, as well as her son Carson, in all they did to make the end result of selling my house happen. I would recommend her 100% if you are trying to sell or buy a home. The bonus to all of this is that I made a new friend.
