        As I walked through the food court I noticed that an employee was using a long handled dry sponge like mop covered with a cloth. He was "cleaning" the hood above the food when the food was not covered. I also noticed that he was still doing it when I walked out of Best Buy. I talked to the manager, and she said they were cleaning the hood. I suggested she have the health department come and teach them about food cleanliness and cleaning their equipment. Dietary restrictions: Don't buy the food unless you know it is clean and fresh.
