Kris Tripp Wellington was amazing! Clearly knows the mortgage process very well, who to talk to and Im order things should be done, what the various lender products are, and patient is educating you on that whole process/products.
What impressed me most though was the fact that, because we had a very unusual lending request/set of needs, she ended up referring us to another lender who she felt could offer a better product. She simply couldnt offer us something thats wasnt the best available product. You just dont find that kind of honesty and customer-centric thinking very often. Highly recommend Kris!
