Outstanding customer service and very professional. Unfortunately, this is not common today. Billie delivered and picked up the box on time and was very skilled to fit it into a very tight spot in my yard. Pam was also very professional with our conversations. Great service! I would highly recommend this business.

They are great to work with and very responsive. Billy and Pam took time to explain the process and prices and were always available to answer my questions. The delivery was awesome! Fun to watch Billy use a remote controller to move the Pod in to place.

Fantastic experience! Delivery and pick up was done by Billy, who is very professional, competent, and likable. He remembered me when he came to pick up the box, which was a pleasant surprise after 7 months of box rental had passed since he dropped it off. We needed some extra temporary storage space on-site while we worked on clearing and shuffling some stuff in our house and garage, and this storage box was PERFECT for our needs. Pam in billing was also very helpful and responsive through the whole rental process. Overall, I'm very happy with this company and their service!

We needed an on location storage box in a rural area, and these folks made it happen! 20 foot container, stable, sturdy, and waterproof out on the rainy Olympic Peninsula (Grays Harbor) as we speak! The way they deliver it and place the box is something else, wish I had taken video... Will do my best to remember and post it when we finally send it back after our project. Really, they can get it done anywhere, including down a one lane, winding gravel driveway in the woods. Amazing experience with this great small business! When one of those "big box" name brand (read: corporate) storage companies won't help, these great people can, and will! Not to mention, once it's delivered, the monthly price to keep the storage is very reasonable in my opinion. Recommend them 100%! Will update review as we go, and when we're done. So far, so good.
