Crains Total Office

What a fantastic office store located in Olympia :) They had a load of chairs for me to sit down and try out! Helpful people with tons of information on different styles / Materials on their chairs. If youre ever needing a new ergonomic office chair thatll help your back and butt , Id recommend taking a look at Crains! EDIT: We have just now bought our second chair from Greg at Crains total office in Olympia and we are happily pleased again! :) thank you for the deal and wonderful chairs!

If you're shopping anywhere else, you're wasting your time. I won't shop anywhere else. Customer service is excellent. Prices are fair.

Very helpful, friendly and great customer service! Crains is a well stocked office supply store. If they don't have a product in the store it is usually available the the next day from their warehouse. They were also prompt and helpful with a special order. Highly recommend!

I bought a chair here a few weeks ago and ended up wanting it to do something fairly specific it didn't do out of the box. Bailem was amazingly helpful when I called to ask about it; he opened up the floor model to find out how to tighten the locking lever's grip and called me right back to walk me through it. This is the best experience buying furniture I have ever had, would and will come back again.
