I was seriously injured performing my job. I had to have spinal surgery followed up with Physical Therapy. It was very overwhelming. Then it started: requests, then demands from L&I and my employer - more aggressive and with little patience. Insult to injury. I soon realized that what they wanted wasn't in my best interest but theirs. I knew I needed help navigating this medical, now legal, situation and to get the care I needed or I was going to end up seriously financially injured as well. If this feels familiar to you, please, don't hesitate, get some legal advice. The biggest mistake you can make is attempting to deal with a legal situation vacant legal advice. They invited me to come in and explain my situation. Doubtless, one of the best decision I ever made. I am positive that without the help of my attorney, Mr. Dustin Dailey, my situation would have worsened considerably. Dustin was always straight up with me.
