        I would recommend this business for your fur babies. Charlotte takes good care of our, Dijon, who is not social. Charlotte is very accommodating to our schedule and always responds promptly.

        My 14-year-old cat is a regular at Charlotte's when I travel. Although Miss Kitty is not ever eager to leave home, she clearly likes Charlotte, seems comfortable with Charlotte's kennel, and comes back healthy and in good spirits (and ready for a snuggle). I appreciate that Charlotte stays on top of getting vaccine details (as my cat got sick at a previous kennel), provides a calm, safe environment, and even manages to provide solo out-of-kennel time. Once I had an emergency, and Charlotte was most kind to work with me so I had no worries about my favorite feline and could focus on the emergency. Also, I like that every kennel has a window to see the room (and whoever/whatever may be happening there) and the forested area outside; this provides a more interesting environment than a standard kennel situation. I highly recommend Charlotte's Cat Shack.

      Dijon is shy, but always curious about new people ... from an appropriate distance.He likes to hang out in his covered cat bed and watch the activity in the room. Dijon thrives as an observer.

      Thanks so much. Miss Kitty does love a good snuggle. She has adopted the armchair in the playroom as her special throne, where she can supervise my activities as I keep up with cleaning and feeding. She definitely prefers the inside view over the window to the woods though. Supervising laundry in the adjacent room is more interesting to her than squirrels in the back yard.
