Steamboat Island Grooming

I took my dog in for a trim. They called after giving him a bath and said that he had blood in his stool and they couldnt do the grooming. My partner went to pick him up. It turns out that they apparently have new equipment. The tub seemingly had sharp edges and our dog got a gash on his hind leg. We took him to the vet and they had to put staples in the wound. Now he has to wear a cone for the next two weeks until they remove the staples. Both of our daily routines are totally disrupted. He will be restricted in walking and will have to miss a couple of training classes we have already paid for. At least they are covering the vet costs and didnt charge us for the bath. I am really upset this happened and am not a happy camper. We also have to cancel our weekend plans.

I took my cat to get her nails trimmed because she won't ever let me do her back paws. Well worth the 16 bucks it cost for me to get them done, took them 5 mins, we were in and out. No muss no fuss!
