They helped me buy this house and then (more recently) sell it 8 years later. I was satisfied with both results. If I could, I would have used them where I am moving-Michigan! I'm not sure what to say. I just purchased my first home and I couldn't imagine getting anyone better than Ryan. Super friendly, family guy who goes above and beyond from start to finish through the whole process. His communication skills are unmatched in my opinion. I called him numerous times with questions/concerns that I thought could be considered dumb and Ryan listens to what you have to say, GETS YOU ANSWERS! and makes you feel not as dumb! He is there for you and he lets you know it every step of the way. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to work with Ryan.

I was fortunate to work with Brian and Kris Paeth when purchasing my home last August, 2023. I initially met Kris when responding to an open house in the summer of 2019. She was so kind and considerate. I low level looked at houses in my price range and desired areas for a couple months and Kris and her husband Brian were both beyond gracious showing houses to me. I was around 30 years old at the time, a single woman, and clearly very new to the idea of buying a house. They never made me feel like a less than serious person. Even when I asked them to draw up a proposal for me (for a house I am SO grateful I didnt buy) Kris had a heart to heart of sorts with me to be sure that that is what I was wanted. Kris was so professional and kind at the same time. I decided to not pursue that home. Fast forward 4 years later and my dream home comes on the market. Kris and Brian walked me through the process. They were kind while being sure that I didnt pay more than I should. I resulted in me paying 10k under asking and my home had gone up 110k! In the central Lacey area. I love my house and neighbors SO much I want to publicly thank you the Paeths!!! They are truly great people. ~Greta
