Intoxalock Ignition Interlock

I initially seriously regretted getting an intoxalock installed, as I was having issues with the device, and became significantly frustrated. However, upon speaking with Isaias, who was understanding and incredibly supportive, I'm amending my statement. He was a shining example of customer service excellence, and went out of his way to help me figure this out. I'm incredibly grateful.

Installer failed to provide a sample during set up . I had to go back within 4 days or face lockout. Intoxalock said I would not be billed for recalibration but yet waited 7 days and billed me for it . Necessary evil . Just make shure you don't leave with machine saying anything extra and check your billing regularly.

Terrible customer service on top of that I had a appointment on a Wednesday and they had the equipment and did not get it installed so I left it till Thursday meanwhile finding someone to drive it there and they still didn't get it installed so I had to pick it up because they didn't want it to stay there so I had to find someone to take it back on Monday in which they finally got it installed but a bad unit so I found somewhere else to take care of me I highly do not recommend this location myself

So besides getting a lockout, but not ever failing the device....ever......which prompted another $100 to my account, it's a great solution to dui, but not a great solution to making better decisions. Newayz, it works just fine.

They should make sure customer understands fully how to use the device because its difficult. There should be a device there for customers to practice on before they have to go live on it in their cars
