I just had my septic tank pumped and I can't say enough good think about Sound Septic. I chose them because of all the great reviews and because they're on the Thurston county "certified sewage system pumpers" list. I'm glad that I called because Gene was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and offered helpful suggestions for properly maintaining my home septic system. I will definitely be calling him again in a few years. Great job!

I'm sorry but there's no way I can recommend them. When they came out to my place they moved a 300 lb concrete lid over the septic tank and did not replace it when they left. When I contacted them I was assured they would get back in a couple of days, but then days turned to weeks and weeks to months and even after repeated reminders have not returned. The one who came out was Gene, who owns the company with his wife Kari. Very unprofessional.

I have used Sound Septic both professionally and personally 10-12 times a year for the past several years. Gene has a wealth of knowledge and a phenomenal reputation among his piers. He never looks to make unnecessary repairs or camera scopes to run the price up. I highly recommend them and I love the fact that they are a family run, local Thurston County business.

This is a family owned business. They acted with total professionalism. They were able to help us by answering all our questions, completing our job in a timely manner and efficiently. We will use them again when needed.
