They did testing and told my Dad he doesnt have a heart murmur. Went to another Facility and he DOES INDEED have a heart murmur. Dont go here unless you want to be told the wrong information about your health.

So upset. I have been a patient of Dr. Redman's for probably 15 years. He is a kind, personable, ethical, knowledgeable, effective, patient-centered provider. Sadly, the office staff I have been encountering are NOT representative of Dr. Redman. I cannot even get into see him. I have been calling since the beginning of March. I have had a referral in with them since November and admittedly, I needed to get a chest x-ray which I delayed getting. I have been in urgent care and have been getting treatment all month. My provider said get into your pulmonologist. Urgent care said get into see your pulmonologist. I have left messages, been on hold. Been told they'd get me in within1-2 weeks. Today, I was passed around to 3 people and placed on hold to finally get A____, who had a condescending tone and curt edge the moment she got on the phone. I was told the original referral came in as routine so they could schedule me for next available. I explained it was an emergency and I was advised again that this is urgent and to get an immediate appointment. She said, "the pulmonology team triaged this as next available". She told me to basically go to my primary care provider for treatment. My primary care provider is clear, I need to see a specialist and it is urgent. It has been many, many years since I have been upset enough at a "customer service representative" to just hang up the phone. Today was that day. Dr. Redman, I don't know if you read these but this level of customer "care" does not reflect who you are, and frankly, it's heartbreaking.

Had an extremely tough time getting my 1st appointment. I had an attitude because I had been calling for MONTHS to get an appointment. The receptionist I spoke to dragged me for my socioeconomic status. Totally uncalled for!! I bet she's a real treasure of a person. She did get me in touch with the person in charge of scheduling. I think her name was Chris. She was awesome! My provider is kind and her MA is great too. I am sympathetic to staffing issues because of COVID.

Called 4 times to get an appoinment. Was told that "it may take up to two months to get you pre-approved..." Pre-approved, no that it will take two months to get the actual appoinment. Today, I call again to follow-up, 4 different transfers and after 40 minutes I'm still on the phone. One of the agent just transfer me to the main phone number while I was asking her a question regarding my insurance... Agents are overall really rude without giving you the oportunitty to talk or to even answer their questions. I have an authorization from my health insurance valid until next year and (because I switched providers) they said that my authorization was not valid anymore and they have to charge the fee to my new health insurance! Even when my old provider asured me that it was still valid). Worst experience ever, (and I meant ever), with a health provider. Well almost an hour later and after hanging-up on me again, I'm still waiting.... Well, I finally been told (almost more than one hour that, (the team will call you back). I rather die that go to this place. (Wich I may do before they call me) so, time to find an alternative provider.
