Painful to read, but you are correct. I let my guard down and acted unprofessionally and treated you and your partner, the customers harshly in response to a frustrating situation. We strive to treat everyone with the utmost respect and dignity, regardless if they are a paying customer or not. And there I failed miserably. I tried to make it right by providing a new uniform for free and reached out twice to apologize but was only able to leave messages that were never returned. It is very unfortunate that an isolated incident that happened almost six months ago can still cause so much illwill, but my actions caused the situation and for that, I have to own up to the consequences. All I can do is sincerely apologize for the damage done and do my absolute best not to allow it to happen again. We treasure our place in this wonderful community and I have to do a better job to never allow that trust to be broken again. We strive to meet everyone's needs with honesty and integrity, as well as offer quality products at the best price possible for me to sustain a healthy business. But unfortunately, it appears I have fallen short to meet your expectations on many levels. At the end of the day, all I can do is hope for the best and strive to reach a level of quality that satisfies whomever wants to support our store.

Um, no. Your wrong. Check any other store or website to see that style is priced at MSRP. Furthermore, if you thought we were ripping you off, no one was forcing you to buy them. So just bring them back, get your money back and go somewhere else where you think you won't be getting ripped off.
