Great staff.  They helped me obtain information I desperately needed even after the company I worked for was sold and using a different accounting company. Very helpful and polite!

Don't waste your time or money going to this place. We used them in 2017, and it took Anita forever to get our very uncomplicated taxes done. She never returned phone calls, and was out of the office alot. We went back this year [2018], to 'give her another chance and that she had all our previous information. However, after 1 month after dropping off our pay stubs, & tax information, our taxes were still not done. I left calls which were not returned, then when I called on a Thursday [going on the 5th week of her still not doing our taxes], I was told that "she [Anita] was out and would not be in until next Tuesday -5 more days of waiting ?..and this is 'tax time' for CPA's & Accounting firms ? We promptly went by & picked up our tax info. and took it to another tax preparer,[ McSwain & Company- who charged the same as Anita].  They said our taxes were uncomplicated and would be done by the next week. So from our experience, don't waste your time or money going to this place...it's  frustrating experience  and will take forever for your taxes to get filed properly.

My appt. was with Anita @ 11:00, she was out ill, so her associate did my taxes.  At 1:00 (yes I was still there) Anita showed up and apologized for not being there for me, but immediately took another client into her office.  At 2:00 my taxes were almost done (that's 3 hours, if you are tracking).  I was told my tax due was over $1300, but associate would run the file by Anita, which resulted in an actual tax bill of $800+, quite a difference.  Last year my preparation fee was $205, this year I was charged $375 (and after I had written out both checks and was waiting for my documents, Anita offered a $50 deduction, which I did not take advantage of (too little, too late).  I will be going elsewhere next year.  Don't know about anyone else, but my time is worth something to me (over 3 hours in that office & taxes still were not correct, until after being re-checked by Anita, or are they?  Who knows, I can't trust this firm and I suggest you don't either.
