        My elderly deaf neighbor's cat was in distress. None of the local veterinarians would see her. Olympia pet could see her immediately. All the staff were extremely kind and empathetic. The doctor performed x-rays and showed them to my neighbor. Since she was deaf, he typed out on the monitor the results of the X-ray and walked her through making the decision to euthanize the cat. The procedure was performed in the kindest way possible.
