Opened an account here today and was treated great. Staff was wonderful and their amazing attitude and personalities showed. Got there on a Friday a little after 4pm to open my new account and they acted like it was no big deal. Made me feel very welcomed. Perfect experience and can see years of doing business here. Thanks ladies for my first visit.

Do NOT run your business accounts through this bank - it's a joke. They have cancelled and reissued our debit cards more than three times in less than 24 months and there is always a problem when we try to activate the new cards, leaving us without a working debit cards for several days. We are constantly getting locked out of our online portal and the in-house check reader (that we paid for from STCU). This is not because we forget our passwords, it's because they are restructuring things on their end, or we didn't login frequently enough, or they aren't sure what's happening, etc. Ordering new checkbooks is expensive and you can't get them directly from STCU. They froze our account on Black Friday (despite having 300k+ in our account) and we lost out on thousands of dollars in discounts. You usually get transferred several times when you call for help and rarely is someone able to help you if you go into the branch, they typically just give you more numbers to call. Our bank statements have been wrong multiple times, our payroll has almost not gone through due to STCU errors. I would NEVER recommend STCU to anyone. We are actively working on transferring banks - I don't think we've made it through two consecutive months without some serious inconvenience by fault of STCU.
