Backflow Tri-Cities

Great customer service I highly recommend them. They have proven to be honest and have reliable service. My sprinkler system was broken and I need to do a back flow check for the city. Mr. Petersen took the time to repair the part of the connector that was broken and saved me over $700. I was previously informed that it would need to be replaced at a much higher rate. Even when he quoted me the price of the estimated service was very reasonable. Setting up the appointment was very easy and the job was completed in a timely and professional manner. Now I am set up on an annual check up, so I dont forget next year to do the back flow check on time for the city. Service: Plumbing leak repair

After struggling with other companies to get work done on my back flow I found Keith and Backflow Tri-Cities. He was able to give me a quote, we scheduled, he showed up on time and did a great job.

Keith was awesome, very responsive, friendly, and able to get to us within days of calling when other companies could not. We had no idea we needed a backflow test and our due date was coming up quickly. He even helped me with something unrelated to the backflow test when I had a question about our irrigation system. 10/10 recommend and will only be using Backflow Tri-Cities for this service going forward!

Keith replaced a non functional BFP and ball valves on my irrigation supply. He was very responsive to my concerns and clearly laid out what my options were in terms of repair or replacing the valves and the estimated cost. We started off thinking he would repair the existing non-functional ball valve, but due to the age of the pipes one of the lower pipes cracked when the ball valve was removed. Even though Keith had other commitment he pivoted to replacing the system due to the amount of digging that had already been done and the minimal digging. I would highly recommend Keith for backflow repair/replacement, and testing. Photos are before and after installation of the BFP.

Wanted to say how much I appreciated the service I received from Keith! Backflow serviced my sprinkler system after I failed my first test, which was performed by a different company. Glad I called Keith - save me a lot of $$s. Just letting everyone know that your reviews work, since I didn't know about Keith until I read other reviews - highly recommend doing your research prior to spending a lot of dollars.
