Very nice agents to deal with, no problems switching over (, which I was dreading ) explanation of rates additional perks which is a bonus. One reason I appreciate is this is a locally owned company, talk to the agent face to face & not having to deal with a quotes over the phone.

Because I rarely drive my car, my insurance is usually suspended. However, when I need to drive in order to charge the battery or go out of town, the Allstate insurance agency in Port Angeles, Washington is always attentive to my needs and reinstates my car insurance promptly. Helen at Matt Elwood's Allstate office in Port Angeles is amazing. She is always so helpful and has a positive attitude. She is patient, knowledgeable and works hard for the policyholder to make sure we're taken care of. I still owe her cookies for all she's done for me and my family, thank you Helen and thanks Allstate!
