We couldn't be happier about our decision to work with Amy on our recent purchase. After the first property listed by Amy that we were interested in was sold, another opportunity presented itself. We had the chance to choose a different agent at this time. It was because of Amy's direct communication and very apparent sense of integrity during our first interaction that we asked her to represent us, and we never regretted the decision. Amy possesses a vast amount of knowledge about the local RE market and the region itself. Her attentive nature, dedication to her profession, and great sense of humor were all factors that made working with her a true pleasure. We absolutely recommend Amy for anything real estate-related on the Northern Peninsula.

Amy and her assistant Lindsay were absolutely fabulous! I came to know Amy through a recommended from a person who knew her when she lived in Klamath Falls, Oregon, which is where we are moving. I did some research on her and discovered she is a 5 star rated broker! Sonp my husband and I contacted her and were so very pleased with the entire process from beginning to the day we closed. Amy is not only the consummate professional, but she us also very personable, warm and fun to be around. We enjoyed her company very much and were so happy with the presentation of the property on the web and the documentation for the people coming by the house for walk-theoughs. The photos by her husband Eric were phenomenal! Even better, a couple she had worked with before contacted her about our property and she ended up representing both of us in a way that was beneficial to both parties, which I assure you, does not happen often! We adore our buyers and have shared lots of information with them, including recipes and sourdough starter! I would absolutely recommend Amy to anyone on the Olympic Peninsula that is looking to buy or sell a property. She is absolutely the best realtor I have ever worked with, hands down!

If youre here now reading reviews because youre hemming and hawing and you just cant decide if you want Amy Hempel real estate-ing for you then keep reading. We were introduced to Amy by our friends who moved up to the PNW. We are out of state but were looking for some investment and vacation property. And yep, we were hemming and hawing wondering could this even work not being up there while property hunting? What are we thinking this is crazy. Well, 3 properties later it worked out just fine. From the initial meet and greet call, I knew we were on to something here. I think connections and compatibility are important. You want your realtor to help you navigate the waters of the real estate market whether you are buying or selling right? Both huge decisions and youre going to need some help making those decisions. Youre going to need some laughter too which Amy abundantly provides. Ask her to video the dark attic and she will all with a smile. Shes professional, knows her stuff (she really does) and when Amy is your realtor, you are the center of her universe. She is There. For. You. Amy is an absolute pleasure to work with and so happy to now call her a close friend. So whether you are buying your next home or selling one, youll want someone who will consider that as important as you do, and that person is Amy Hempel. Just call her.

If youre on the fence, choose Amy! You wont regret it. As first-time home buyers relocating to another state and searching for a home remotely, we couldnt have had a smoother realtor experience. Amy was patient during our several months of house shopping, viewing the properties for us and providing us thorough walk-throughs and honest, sometimes tough opinions through extensive video uploads.Thank you, technology! She is extremely knowledgeable and we soon learned we could fully trust her to help us find the perfect home. Her communication was beyond amazing and she was readily available throughout the whole process, setting up and attending inspections, negotiating with the sellers agent, communicating with our lender and the title company, and answering any random questions we had at all hours of the day. Throughout the months-long process, we were always blown away by her tenacity, stamina and humor. She went out of her way multiple times to make sure we felt comfortable and made it seem as if we were actually there in person. We knew she had our best interests in mind from the beginning all the way through closing, despite a few curveballs that she handled with grace. She was so available and attentive that its actually kind of hard to believe we werent her sole clients at the time- of COURSE she was closing on multiple other houses too! Like superwoman. Amy always made this as fun as it could be for a stressful time in our lives, and we couldnt imagine choosing another realtor.
