        The staff is so caring and compassionate. My mom was a retired LPN with experience in long term care and she loved living here. When she unfortunately passed, everyone at Ridgemont was SO sweet and beyond helpful. They helped me navigate some difficult things and made me feel cared for as well. I cannot express how much it meant to me.

        Absolute worst place to work. Understaffed when I worked there a year ago. Staff didnt get recognition unless they were long time veterans of the establishment. The residents deserved better

        I get neglected and mistreated. And these b****es are lying to my face. She said she's has been busy all day. If I wasn't work friend/her resident. I would go off. I really want to give them -10
