Wanda Merees is a very loving realtor. After my mother-in-law passed away in November 2022, Wanda helped us on what we should and should not do to sell our house. Then when it was time to put it up for sale it was hard for my husband, but she help him through it, he was very stressed on the sale of the house. In the end the stress level went down. She also help us out any way she could to make sure that the house would sale. In the end we are very happy and now we are starting over with a new house in Oregon when we find the right one. If I could I would have had Wanda help us with the house in Oregon that we are also trying to buy now. If there where more stars I would have giving you guys 100 stars. You guys ROCK and we LOVE YOU guys.

Amanda has done a phenomenal job helping us sell our house and land in Poulsbo. Her geographic knowledge paired with her understanding of current RE trends made her feedback and recommendations to us invaluable. She was incredibly communicative and went out of her way to walk us through each process and form step-by-step, respected our wishes and advocated for us every step of the way. We let her know we had a tight timeline to sell, and she somehow got the house prepped, listed, and 3 offers on the table (at asking with contingencies waived!) within 5 days of our initial contact with her- we couldn't believe it! When the buyers threw us multiple last-minute curveballs, Amanda immediately assessed our options and weighed them to us to get us the best outcome. Not only this, but she helped us finding someone to help with cleaning, yardwork, and removal of junk within hours of finding out it needed to be done. We cannot say enough how lucky we are to have worked with Amanda. We've worked with a number of RE agents, and she is by far the greatest we've had the pleasure of working with. We couldn't recommend her enough!

Amanda Taylor of Menees Realty was our buyers agent and I can not recommend her highly enough. We were in the process of moving from out of state, and she was flexible to our needs and made sure that all our questions and concerns were addressed. She must have shown us over 30 homes and was just as professional, knowledgeable and pleasant on the last one as she was the first one. Amanda had a great understanding of the local market, as well as idiosyncrasies that could be expected in homes of the age we were looking for. She made sure we were comfortable in all aspects of the process, and helped us until we found the perfect home. She also had a wealth of knowledge about local companies to help with any issues that needed to be addressed. Amanda really made the process easy and I would recommend her to anyone.

Wanda is an experienced agent who responds quickly and is always accessible. She offers her advice and listens to any concerns. She is a great problem solver and very personable. I would highly recommend her for any home transaction.
