I just want to say that Marshall and Jonathan were terrific help! I had been denied at the dealership and instead of trying other ways they just set me on my way When I came into the kitsap auto outlet they exceed to make sure that I was gonna get a vehicle, We ran into some obstacles with trying to get me approved but they kept trying annd eventually got me approved and I really appreciate it! I would definitely recommend them to family friends! Great customer service and great communication

***** I don't recommend*****I've had my car for a little under a year and I'm still not happy with my purchase... My hubby got a better car when we made our purchase but mines was so basic compared to his but I'm still bugged about not having a fab which they run like $400 to buy one and everyone who asks me "they didn't give you a fab" it's embarrassing when I have to unlock my doors because it's a 2020 and who unlocks doors manually now and they didn't tell me until the purchase was finalized plus when I went to try to trade it within 6 months they denied me... So weird considering the fact that I purchased two cars on that first visit .. nice but now the opposite

I showed up to browse vehicles one day, and now Ive been harassed with phone calls from Scott every day since. Ive had to block his number and have still received more calls from other phone lines. Some days he calls me over 10 times, Leaving multiple voicemails. This is a disgusting business practice.
