        My ultrasound tech had horrible bedside manner. This was my first ultrasound for my first pregnancy and I left in tears because of how I was spoken to. I will not be coming back.

        I paid my medical bill well before it was due, and a few weeks later got a letter saying my bill is in collections. The financial department keeps saying my account is closed out/paid off and that they didnt send it to collections. Collections is saying they did indeed have it sent to them by this office. I am disabled and disgusted by this treatment.

        The two girls behind the counter, are useless. Both were eating and one was watching the View on her phone. Asked for a cup of water. Can't give her any. Don't have water (Really) No Water . But they can both be unprofessional. Unbelievable.
