Hey everyone, I hired this attorney several years ago with real estate issues and was very disappointed!! Would not trust his judgment or loyalty!!!!!! Sadly I wasn't involved or aware of any settlement (???)with seller & Mr. SEAMAN WAS! He then released seller on Friday gaining nothing! With court on Monday!! Poor performance or betrayal, NOT SURE?? VERY disappointment in Mr. SEAMAN as counsel!!! Al

Im a business and property manager, I had a consultation with Brittany Arnold concerning some easement and property line issues we have with a neighbor. I found her to be very informative, she and her staff reply promptly to any questions I have. In the midst of consulting her we had a legal matter concerning boundary lines come up and I was served a restraining order. I consulted with Brittany again and the advice she gave me help me WIN that case! She is very knowledgeable, caring and great with follow up. If I didnt have her on my team I dont know what wouldve happened with that restraining order. I have already recommended her to one of our tenants and would do so over and over without hesitation.
