Gintz Accounting & Tax, LLC

Had Gintz do my taxes for a decade and all went well until the IRS contacted me notifying me that the Gintz prepared tax return was flawed and that I owed them additional thousands of dollars. I contacted Gintz for info on how to address the problem, but they would not even talk to me. Twice I was put on permanent hold, multiple times I left voice mails that were not returned, and emails to them went unanswered. Their attitude was really disgusting. The elder Gintz would never have conducted business this way.

I moved to the area in 2015, and was looking for a tax pro to handle my stuff Which is a little more than the average return. I picked Gintz Accounting. Im still with them in 2021. Absolutely great, professional, but most of all competent service. Do yourself a favor And go there if you are looking for a serious tax pro. Oh yes, one more thing The prices they charge are very reasonable and money well spent. Chuck D

I really wanted Gintz to work due to the good reviews. I used them for 2 years. They are extremely impersonal. It felt like a mill and they fail to respond to questions in a timely matter if at all. The last straw was when I tried to find out some information from Tina and she would only respond through a snarky receptionists who dished out wrong tax advise in a very rude way. As a former business owner for 30 years, I was appalled by the lack of professionalism. Find an accountant that cares. Gintz doesn't.

Very happy with my two visits here (this year and last). Pleasant atmosphere and employees. Know that they book out pretty far in advance so you want to schedule accordingly and keep that in mind.
