CayCare was an incredible help in navigating the best option for my dad. Lisa went over a above to walk us through the process, narrow down and set up times to visit Adult Family Homes/Facilities so we could make the best decision. CayCare was recommended to us by Good Sam when we needed to place our mom in an assisted-living facility after a heart attack and stroke which left her unable to return home. We didnt know where to even begin but CayCare jumped right in, educated us, and helped us find two facilities to tour the very next day. We were able to find the perfect place and get her in the very next week. We experienced a hiccup with the hospital needing to discharge sooner than the facility was ready and LaTonda Berg was ON IT, appealing the discharge (we didnt even know that was a thing) and getting our mom placed in a temporary facility until her room was ready. I truly dont know what we would have done without them, their knowledge, their kindness and their dedication to doing the best for every family they serve. HIGHLY recommend them to everyone navigating this situation.
