the way they handle the apartment application is unprofessional. It doesnt look like they know what theyre doing. I have to keep calling them to follow up on my application. It took them almost a month just to send me a Mailbox that my screening got declined because I didnt have enough information I called them and provided the information they asked for, then they demanded I give my 20 days' notice for my old apartment for the screening. They lost my document from my previous apartment, for the screening and they didnt even apologize. They were rude. They told me to get another one cause according to them there was nothing they could do. I have to go back to my old apartment to get the same document that I gave them before and they said it will take 24 hours for screening to come back and they would call me back but they have never given me a call.

Deana, Maria, and Angel were all incredibly helpful and efficient if I had any questions when applying. The complex is gated which makes me feel safe. Property management has been quick to respond to maintenence requests. The units have stainless steel appliances and when moving in, the unit looked and felt clean. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home!

A beautiful place to live. Jeff and Raymond have always been polite and quick about fixing issues when they happen.

I have mold in my apartment and they have not fixed anything, Management changes like the wind. I have input several requests pertains to the mold and still nothing now Im having a lawyer deal with it.
