        Edit to inform... if this place is still managed by 5th avenue, look up the class action lawsuit for price gouging and fixing. Lolita and maintenance and Jessica are amazing... Assistant management: rude and uncaring and incredibly unproductive. We have lived here 3 years and only Lolita recognizes and greets us by name. Its a shame that the managing company is still allowing Alora the assistant manager to terrorize an entire community. She is rude, unhelpful, and quite frankly down right hateful and disrespectful to all residents and even non residents!! It's wild. I've never experienced something like this from an assistant property manager.... And I sincerely hope the new manager can save everyone else from losing their community the way we have lost ours.

        Stay away from this dirty whole,you will be charged for everything,not friendly management.Literally will not recommend this place to live there.There is a lot of good places around Puyallup area!

        Total scam. After over 3 years of good tenancy, we were charged for carpet replacement when we moved out of our apartment because they claimed there was excessive damage from pet urine. There was zero damage from our pets. Don't rent here.
