        Been visiting family here for months, and the grounds are looking better every time! Jacob the groundkeeper seems to be doing an excellent job here, and always with a smile!

        Adrian went out of his way to save my dogs baby from a tree. He threw on his superman cape and sprung into action. It was majestic.

        Jacob is by far the most present worker I see around the property, he has been doing an excellent job at making sure the grounds have been looking more lively and also picking up the dog poop has been a major help when walking in grassy areas. I dont have to worry about trash being around the property when I see him walking the grounds

        Not a solid bad thing to say about Avana Hamptons. Husband and I have lived here for 4 years. The staff in the leasing office is amazing, if you ever have a problem, theyre available to help.
